Yes, Crystallization of raw honey is a natural process. It can be consumed ‘As Is’ or can be re-liquified by placing the container in warm water.
This honey may contain 2-5% traces of nectar from surrounding flowers.
Anyone age 2+ years can consume raw honey.
Store it at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Keep away from direct sunlight.
Generally raw honey does no expire but as per the rules and guidelines of FSSAI it has an expiry of 18 month from the month of packaging.
